What is the difference between the survey and the assessment?+
The survey is a free visit and conversation that leads to a guarding proposal. The assessment is a paid, written, signed document your insurer or auditor can file — a different artefact for a different buyer.
How long does the assessment take to arrive?+
Turnaround is confirmed with you when the assessment is booked, once operations has scheduled an assessor.
What if my property is bigger than the size band I picked?+
The assessor notes it on the walkthrough and we re-quote before proceeding — you are never charged a difference after the fact.
What happens to the credit-back if I never sign a guarding contract?+
Nothing — there's no obligation. The fee simply stands as payment for the assessment.
What if you can't confirm my date?+
You choose a new date or take a full refund. This is enforced automatically once our confirmation window elapses.
Can I get escort, VIP or cash-in-transit online?+
No — those require a signed agreement and route clearance first. Call the control room and we'll set it up against your contract.
